Crew Leader – This person will work directly under the division production manager and will communicate daily with production, design staff and clients. They will manage crews to meet production goals on jobs and complete the required daily paperwork.

Crew Leader Requirements:

• Basic plant identification skills
• Planting procedures
• Construction procedures
• Equipment operation/equipment maintenance
• Maintenance procedures
• Understanding of plans and blue prints
• Previous field experience required
• Valid driver’s license helpful but not required

Laborer/Intern – This person should have a strong work ethic, be a reliable individual who is willing to learn the necessary requirements and procedures to execute a job properly.

Maintenance Division Opportunities
